When the Fourmyula disbanded in the early seventies I stayed on in London
playing with a couple of cover bands at night. I spent my days doing various
things like being a motorcycle mechanic and training and working as a
photographer. I was a minicab driver for a couple of years before coming home
to NZ in 1990 with my son Kyle.

When I was invited to join Itchycoo Park, as bass player because Dave had been
posted overseas, I jumped at the chance to play again. It's music I grew up
with, and I still love it.

I don't have a lot of free time these days as I have a couple of franchises I
run with my partner Katrina, as well as a few other projects. She has been an
enormous help in organising my busy schedule so I have time to play, and to
enjoy it.

Everybody knows the bass player is the driving force in any band, and in the
short time I have been with these guys (and gal) I can tell they appreciate my
guidance. I'll have them whipped into shape in no time.

I am looking forward to playing some great gigs and I hope to see you there!!
